Last Summer I had Custom Designs do some work on my home. I had new siding put on, new windows put in and front and back doors replaced. John Springmeyer sat down with me and took me through step by step on what he thought was the best ideas to help me improve my home, both in the beauty aspect and the financial aspect. He recommended a higher line window that already has done a great job on my electric bills.

The workmanship they did in installing my windows and doors was great also. I couldn’t believe the gaps by my windows that were originally there when they built the house. No wonder I always felt drafts. They pointed out the gaps and how they were going to solve that problem. I no longer sit in my living room and feel a draft going through.

I look at other jobs of siding and the workmanship that they did in comparison to other jobs and I know I made the right choice with Custom Designs. All the work I had done was done in a very timely manner.

Custom Design Construction installed new siding on our entire house. I took three bids and decided to award to Custom Design Construction mainly because John and John Senior answered the various questions that I had in a most professional manner, as well as providing a great product. The work was started while we were in Las Vegas on vacation. When we returned most had been completed. The gutters were replaced with a color that matched the fascia and downspouts were installed to match the siding. We are quite pleased with the five star work that Custom Design Construction performed. The workers as well as the business owners were quite helpful.

My deck is beautiful and has added value to my home in the process. I was hesitant to build a deck around our newly installed pool, but am glad I did! The new deck definitely extends my entertaining area to my backyard and with loads of class!

Custom Designs, John Springmeyer, provided me a quote within hours of my initial phone call. I signed on the dotted line at that time and work began within 7 days! I was provided John's name and number through word of mouth of someone that I entrusted to install a fence a few weeks prior to my decision to build a deck.

My above ground pool, now looks like a valuable part of my residence with the fantastic deck! I thought the pool would be an eyesore forever! I am so happy to report that I was wrong about that! With the addition of the deck around the pool, and in conjunction with my existing deck, it looks marvelous.

The workers were courteous, and in the extreme heat, arrived daily and worked steadily throughout the day.
